Currently, I have nuance talks premium edition v 3.6 installed on my nokia n95. I want to upgrade to talks v4.0 but I have a couple of questions I would like to ask. Firstly, is it free to upgrade with a premium lisence and secondly, what is the best way to install it myself, preferably directly from my phone? I don't have nokia pc sweet installed.

I believe the upgrade is free if your lisence was purchased after september 1, 2007.
There are a couple of ways in installing.
1. If you have a memory card, you can install by selecting data transfer when you plug the USB cable in, and putting the file on it. It should show up as a removable disk. after that, you can browse to it in the file manager on the phone.
2. If you have internet on your phone, you can go to the website and install that way.
Hope this helps.

On the nuance website, you can download a free trial. If I have a lisence, will the free trial convert from a free trial to a fully lisenced version?

Yes, but if it doesn't, write down your lisence code just in case it reverts back into a demo.
